Multi-layer condenser for freezers
Custom High-Quality Wire-on-Tube Condenser for Freezers, Refrigerators & Water Dispensers
Our high-efficiency wire-on-tube condenser is specifically designed as a critical heat exchange component for refrigerators and chest freezers, delivering superior heat dissipation performance for a wide range of refrigeration equipment including household refrigerators, commercial chest freezers, compact freezers, and industrial small-scale refrigeration units. Functioning as the “cooling heart” of the refrigeration system, it rapidly transfers and dissipates condensation heat generated during operation, directly ensuring stable internal temperatures (freezers: -25°C, refrigerators: 5°C) and consistent cooling efficiency.
Product Description
Air-cooled industrial wire-on-tube condenser for freezers, an alternative to copper tube aluminum fin condensers.
Due to the high cost of copper tubes, the market demands a new, more cost-effective condenser solution. Following extensive design, testing, and refinement by our engineers, we have developed a series of air-cooled wire-on-tube condensers that utilize 8mm, 6.35mm, and 4.76mm Bonded tubes and 1.1mm/1.4mm steel wire to replace copper tubes and aluminum fins. We have increased the heat dissipation area and tube length to ensure equivalent heat transfer performance to copper tube condensers, while achieving approximately 40% cost reduction.

Core Advantages
1. Vertical Space-Saving Design
The vertical layout occupies 60% less horizontal space compared to horizontal condensers, making it easy to install in tall equipment such as upright freezers and commercial display cases. Its compact structure requires no additional installation space.
2. Superior Heat Dissipation Performance
Multi-row dense tube arrangement + high-thermal-conductivity copper tubes deliver a heat transfer coefficient of up to 90W/(m²·K). Rapid heat dissipation supports cooling capacities of 500-2000W, suitable for medium to large refrigeration systems.
3. Sturdy and Durable Construction
Integrated vertical frame + reinforced tube sheet connections, with pressure resistance ≥3.0MPa. Rust-preventive galvanized surface treatment ensures a service life of 8-10 years, capable of long-term heavy-load operation.
4. Easy Installation and Maintenance
Standardized vertical mounting holes compatible with most refrigeration equipment. Removable protective covers facilitate routine cleaning and maintenance without the need for machine disassembly.
