Main Production Process:
Tube Bending → Welding → Fixing the Bracket → Welding the Suction Tube → Leakage Test → Coating → Folding or Bending Shaping → Inspection → Packaging

(2) Cathodic electrophoretic coating (E-coating) thickness ≥ 12 μm
(3) Powder coating – flat plate or tube: 30 – 100 μm
(4) Powder coating – wire tube evaporator: 60 – 200 μm

Hardness of coating ≥ 2H
Impact resistance: 50 cm·kg/cm, no cracking
Adhesion of coating: Grade 1
Flexibility: No cracking or peeling at R = 3D, 180° bending
Color tolerance of powder coating: ΔE ≤ 1.5
Corrosion resistance:
(1) Cathodic electrophoresis coating ≥ 96 hours
(2) Cathodic electrophoresis coating + powder coating ≥ 240 hours
