Refrigeration Capillary Tube
The tube is made entirely of high-purity red copper. The white rubber plugs at both ends are factory-installed protective caps for dustproof and moisture-proof sealing during storage and transport.
The middle section is a spiral-wound heat exchange coil. During assembly, it is fitted closely around the outer wall of the suction tube, enabling heat exchange between the high-pressure liquid refrigerant and the low-temperature return gas, thereby achieving subcooling and improved system efficiency.

Throttling and Pressure Reduction: As the throttling component in refrigerator/freezer systems, the capillary tube causes a sharp pressure drop as high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through it, leading to rapid vaporization and heat absorption — the fundamental process of refrigeration.

Regenerative Heat Exchange: The spiral section contacts the low-temperature suction tube to exchange heat, pre-cooling the liquid refrigerant before it enters the evaporator. This improves overall system efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Supporting Applications:
Suitable for household refrigerators, chest freezers, and small drinking water dispensers. Typically brazed with the copper filter-dryer to form an integrated refrigerant line assembly, compatible with R134a refrigerant systems. Widely supplied to overseas refrigerator OEM manufacturers in bulk quantities.

Copper capillary tube is a fixed metering and throttling component widely used in small refrigeration systems such as refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and air conditioners. It controls the refrigerant flow rate and pressure drop to achieve proper evaporation and cooling inside the evaporator.
We adopt high-quality seamless TP2 copper material, with smooth inner wall, clean interior without oil and impurities. All tubes go through degreasing, drying and sealing treatment to avoid blockage in the refrigeration loop. Different outer diameter, inner diameter and length specifications are available, custom coiling, cutting and assembly service can be provided according to customer drawings.
