Adhesive Evaporator (Bonded Plate-Tube Evaporator)
The adhesive evaporator, also known as the bonded plate-tube evaporator, utilizes high-performance thermally conductive adhesive to tightly bond serpentine aluminum heat exchange tubes onto an aluminum flat plate surface, forming a large-area stable heat exchange contact surface that ensures excellent thermal conductivity. The fully aluminum construction is lightweight and thin, with customizable bending shapes. It is corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, and widely applicable to refrigeration equipment such as household refrigerators, freezers, under-counter refrigerated cabinets, wine coolers, and small commercial display cases.
The refrigerant flows and evaporates inside the tubes, absorbing heat and rapidly removing heat from the cabinet interior to achieve stable refrigeration. The bonding process ensures close contact between the tubes and the aluminum plate, resulting in higher heat exchange efficiency compared to traditional wire-wound designs and lower overall energy consumption. It is compatible with mainstream environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R600a.
We support custom sizing, tube layout, and mounting hole positions based on customer-provided drawings or samples. All units undergo high-pressure air tightness leak testing and thorough cleaning/drying treatment before shipment to prevent internal impurities from clogging the system.
