1. Materials:

a) Bundy Tube (copper-plated steel tube): 4.76×0.7mm, 6×0.7mm, 6.35×0.7mm, 8×0.7mm

b) Low Carbon Steel Wire: 1.0 – 1.6mm (steel plates and brackets can be added on both sides; optional according to your preference)

c) Bracket: Steel Plate (SPCC), Thickness: 0.6 – 1.5mm

2. Structure: Bundy tube welded with steel wire

3. Coating: Cathodic electrophoretic coating is also available, but at a higher cost.
