Bonded Tube-on-Plate Evaporator
Our bonded evaporator features serpentine aluminum tubing bonded to an aluminum plate using a high-thermal-conductivity adhesive film. The excellent tube-to-plate contact minimizes thermal resistance and ensures uniform and efficient cooling performance for static refrigeration applications.
The all-aluminum construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight performance. The evaporator is compatible with R600a, R134a, and R290 refrigerants and undergoes 100% leak testing before delivery.
With strong OEM and ODM capabilities, we offer customized dimensions, tube layouts, and surface treatments based on customer drawings or samples.
