Product Description
Our bonded tube-on-plate evaporator adopts serpentine aluminum tubes bonded to an aluminum plate using a high-thermal-conductivity adhesive film. Excellent contact between the tube and plate minimizes thermal resistance and ensures uniform and efficient cooling performance for static refrigeration appliances.
The all-aluminum construction provides good corrosion resistance. The evaporator is compatible with R600a, R134a, and R290 refrigerants. 100% pressure and leak testing is performed before delivery to ensure reliable sealing performance.
With high flexibility for OEM & ODM customization, we can customize dimensions, tube layouts, and surface coatings according to customer drawings or samples. Custom irregular shapes are also available.
Applications: Domestic refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, mini refrigerators, medical cooling cabinets, caravan refrigerators, and other refrigeration equipment.
