Copper Drier Filter

Two Core Functions:

  1. Moisture Adsorption: Absorbs residual moisture from the refrigerant lines to prevent capillary tube ice blockage at low temperatures, ensuring stable operation of R134a and CO₂ refrigerant systems.

  2. Filtration of Impurities: Traps metal debris, chips, and oxidized dust within the lines, preventing clogging that could damage the compressor and throttle capillary tube.

Supporting Applications:

Used as a refrigeration system component in household refrigerators, freezers, drinking water dispensers, and small commercial freezers. It is often welded together with the capillary tube to form an integrated tubing assembly, and serves as a standard matching component for wire-on-tube condensers and roll-bond evaporators.

  2. Both ends with plastic caps, available in large or small sizes (white, yellow, red, blue, green, and other colors available).

  3. Desiccant capacity: 5g, 7g, 10g, 12g, 15g, 20g, 25g, 30g, 40g, 50g.

  4. Words can be printed on the body of the driers.

  5. Various labels are also available for your choice.

  6. Molecular sieves: XH-9.

  7. Stop points available on both inlet and outlet, or on either side.

  8. Suitable for R134a, R12, and universal type.
