Brief Summary
High-efficiency wire-on-tube condensers supporting custom designs; suitable for residential and commercial refrigeration equipment.
Detailed Description
The product is constructed by welding low-carbon steel cooling wires onto roll-welded Bundy tubing. Operating principle: High-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant flows through the tubing, transferring heat to the wire cooling grid; heat dissipation and condensation are achieved via natural or forced convection. Tubing specifications range from Φ4.76mm to Φ8mm (roll-welded steel), with cooling wire diameters of 1.2mm to 1.6mm. The unit features an electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating and offers a heat transfer coefficient 12%–18% higher than standard plate condensers. It withstands refrigerant pressures of 3.5 MPa and is compatible with various refrigerants, including R134a, R600a, R290, and R404a. Custom configurations—such as single-layer, multi-layer, or bent/complex shapes—can be manufactured based on customer drawings or samples.
Advantages/Selling Points
1. In-house manufacturing: We process and produce all materials ourselves, offering a competitive price advantage. 2. Full control over every stage of the process ensures guaranteed quality;
3. Supports customization of non-standard shapes and sizes to fit compact installation spaces;
4. Features a full electrophoretic coating for rust and salt-spray resistance, extending service life;
Target Customers
Household refrigerators, upright freezers, display freezers, commercial kitchen refrigerators, beverage coolers, small refrigeration units, and vehicle-mounted refrigeration equipment; suitable for homes, convenience stores, commercial kitchens, and supermarket cold chain applications.
Usage Scenarios/Applications
Supermarket air-cooled display cabinets and air-curtain cabinets; cold storage air-cooled units and air coolers; air-source heat pump units; industrial chillers and cooling equipment; ice makers and seafood tank cooling systems; quick-freezing equipment; vehicle cold chain air conditioning; constant temperature and humidity fresh air systems; laboratory low-temperature chambers; commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, etc.
Pain Points Addressed
1. Traditional condensers have narrow gaps that easily clog with grease and dust, causing rapid heat dissipation degradation;
2. Standardized condensers have fixed dimensions and cannot fit the structures of non-standard equipment;
3. Standard condensers without anti-corrosion treatment are prone to rusting and leaking in humid environments;
4. Poor heat dissipation efficiency forces the compressor to run under continuous high load, resulting in high power consumption.
Value to Users
1. Ensures stable long-term operation of refrigeration equipment, reducing the frequency of after-sales repairs;
2. Lowers overall energy consumption, reducing electricity costs for end-users;
3. Customized solutions reduce structural design constraints for the equipment;
4. Extended service life enhances the end product’s reputation, helping purchasers increase product competitiveness.
